Founder & Principal Consultant
Chiemeka Okoronkwo
Chiemeka is a data governance and AI strategy leader with over 15 years of experience operating at the intersection of AI, data governance, and responsible innovation.
She began her career in Washington, D.C., working with federal clients at firms including Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte, where she built deep expertise in large-scale system integration, organizational transformation, and navigating complex regulatory environments.
After returning to the San Francisco Bay Area, she held senior and principal-level roles at Visa, Meta, Pinterest, and Intuit, partnering with engineering, product, and legal teams to implement data privacy and governance strategies aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and global AI regulations.
Through FairFacts Consulting, Chiemeka helps organizations move beyond reactive compliance toward proactive, ethical innovation. Her work ensures that data is not only powerful, but principled. She believes responsible AI and privacy-forward design are not constraints, but competitive advantages that build durable customer trust at scale.
Chiemeka holds a B.A. in Political Science from Xavier University of Louisiana, and a Master of Public Administration from American University.
